Our Promise

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will make it right — no questions asked — within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• ✓ Be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• ✓ Be in its original, unused condition with all tags attached.
• ✓ Be in its original packaging (handmade paper wrap).
• ✗ Customised or personalised orders are not eligible for returns.
• ✗ Items damaged through misuse or neglect are not eligible.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at rkjaipalbarmer@gmail.com with subject line: RETURN – [Your Order ID].
2. Describe the reason for the return and attach a photo of the item.
3. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a pickup arrangement (at no cost to you for defective items).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process a full refund within 5–7 business days.

Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer to the account details you provide. Please note: original shipping charges (₹99) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect on our part.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different colour or variant, subject to availability. Initiate the same way as a return, and mention the variant you'd like instead. We will cover the return shipping cost for exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free pickup and send a replacement at no charge.

A Note on Natural Variation

Because every item is handcrafted using natural dyes and block prints, slight variations in colour, pattern placement, and texture are inherent to the craft — and are not considered defects. These imperfections are the fingerprint of the human who made it.
